Registration Information

Pre-registration for the ADEC 35th Annual Conference closed on April 2, 2013, however, you may register in person at the conference. Registration will begin on Tuesday, April 23. While the conference hotel is sold out of sleeping rooms, conference sessions are not sold out; you will not be turned away! To expedite the registration process, download our Onsite Registration Form and bring a completed copy to the Registration Desk in the Loews Hollywood Hotel in Hollwyood, CA. The ADEC registration desk is open during the following times:

Tuesday, April 23 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 24 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 25 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, April 26 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 27 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Discounted Rates
Special rates are available for ADEC members, student members and nonmembers, and senior members and nonmembers.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to ADEC headquarters by March 5, 2013. ADEC will charge a $90 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at ADEC headquarters by March 5, 2013. ADEC will not issue refunds for cancellations received after March 5, 2013.
