Exhibit Opportunities
Displays of products, publications and services at the Annual Conference provide valuable interaction between the organizations providing them relative to the field of dying, death and bereavement and the professionals who value them. The Exhibit Area, Bookstore and Poster Presentations will all be in one room this year, along with breaks and receptions, allowing for increased traffic and maximum exposure.

Exhibit Specifications
Exhibits include one complimentary full meeting registration, one 8' x 10' pipe/draped booth, one 6' x 30" draped table, two chairs, exhibitor ribbon, identification sign and listing in the electronic final program. Exhibitors are responsible for all taxes on items sold at the meeting.

Take advantage of book-selling opportunities. All books with an ISBN number will be sold through the Bookstore at the Joint Conference, with the exception of those exhibitors who have registered to sell their ISBN books at their exhibit table. Exhibitors who are selling their products should have a sufficient supply of books, as the ADEC official bookstore will not have these books onsite. Self-published books may be sold directly to attendees in the exhibit area from assigned tables at no additional fee.

Exhibit Schedule

Exhibit Space Assignment Policy
Exhibit space locations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Space will not be assigned without full payment. ADEC reserves the right to determine final exhibit space assignments and to accept or reject any exhibit.

Hospitality Suite/Event Scheduling
Exhibitors and supporters are encouraged to host hospitality suites or other events during the course of the conference; however, these events cannot conflict with any scheduled conference activities.

"Take One" Literature Display
An unsupervised exhibit station where brochures, educational materials, publications, newsletters and surveys will be placed so attendees can browse at their leisure. Companies interested in participating in the "Take One" display will ship materials directly to the Loews Hollywood Hotel at their expense. Conference staff will make sure that materials are displayed in the "Take One" area during the conference. Leftover materials will not be returned.

Registration Bag Insert
Reinforce your impact at the 35th ADEC Annual Conference, make an announcement or promote your organization with this unique opportunity. Take advantage of a limited number of marketing pieces stuffed into the registration bag distributed to all attendees. ADEC reserves the right to review and approve any and all materials to be included in the registration bag. You will be responsible for supplying the materials and for the corresponding shipping charges to the Loews Hollywood Hotel.

Support Opportunities

ADEC welcomes commercial businesses, non-profit organizations and individuals to provide educational grants in support of the 35th Annual ADEC Conference. As a supporter of the conference, you demonstrate your dedication to learning and information-sharing by the leaders in the thanatological field.

ADEC Support Program
All Support Packages for the Annual Conference include the following PLUS the specific benefits outlined below for each support level:

•Acknowledgement as a Supporter at the appropriate level by the ADEC President during the President's Welcome before the Keynote speech (Thursday, April 25, 8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.)
•Acknowledgement as a Supporter at the appropriate level on walk-in and walk-out slides at general sessions
•Acknowledgement as a Supporter at the appropriate level on signage in the registration area

•Complimentary full-page acknowledgement in the conference guide distributed to all attendees (supporter to supply logo)
•Acknowledgement through signage as Supporter for Welcome Reception (Thursday, April 25, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
•4 complimentary registrations for the entire conference (additional company registrants can register at the ADEC membership registration rate)

Gold Supporter / Breakfast - $5,000
•One complimentary 8' x 10' exhibit in exhibit hall
•Complimentary half-page acknowledgement in the conference guide distributed to all attendees (supporter to supply logo)

• General conference breakfast (Thursday, April 25, 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.)

•2 complimentary registrations for the entire conference (additional company registrants can register at the ADEC membership registration rate)

Silver Supporter/ Conference Pen– $2,500 - SOLD!
•One complimentary 8' x 10' exhibit in exhibit hall
•Complimentary quarter-page acknowledgement in the conference guide distributed to all attendees (supporter to supply logo)
•Logo will appear on pen distributed to conference attendees at registration

Bronze Supporter / Refreshment Break - $1,000
•Acknowledgement through signage as Supporter for one refreshment break

Bronze Commercial Supporter/ Contemplation Reflection Room Supporter - $1,000
•Acknowledgement through signage as Supporter outside Contemplation Reflection Room
•1 complimentary registration for the entire conference (additional company registrants can register at the ADEC membership registration rate)

ADEC Member and Individual Support Program - minimum contribution $500
ADEC members, institutional members and nonmembers are encouraged to support ADEC and its Annual Conference. These contributions cover expenses not tied to a specific event or item at the Annual Conference and are available in any amount. Your contribution will be acknowledged in the conference program, on the ADEC website and through appropriate signage at the meeting.

Advertising Opportunities

Reach nearly 600 professionals in death, dying and bereavement with your message, product or service. Choose to advertise in either ADEC's quarterly member publication, The Forum, or in the conference guide distributed to all attendees - or in both!

Every attendee at the ADEC 35th Annual Conference will receive a conference guide, along with the April issue of The Forum in their onsite registration bag, so your message is sure to reach a prestigious audience of decision-makers in the field.

Take advantage of this unique opportunity: the April issue of The Forum will be the only one printed and distributed in 2013. The remaining quarterly issues are distributed in electronic form only.

Mailing List Rental - $350
Reach out to ADEC members or attendees of the 35th ADEC Annual Conference with your printed material. Mailing lists can be rented for one-time use only, which includes all ADEC members who opt to be included, or all 35th Annual Conference attendees who opt to be included. To rent a mailing list, complete the mailing list order form. A copy of the mailing piece you intend to send should accompany the order form, to be approved prior to the order being processed.
